Our plantation shutters are supplied with a 10-year warranty, subject to the current warranty terms that apply to the trade order.

Keep the trade order information
Retain the trade order number and any applicable photographs. These make it simpler to identify the product and assess a warranty request.
Installation and misuse
Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification or conditions outside the product’s intended use may be treated differently from a manufacturing defect. Refer to the current terms for the definitive position.
How to raise a claim
