When the delivered product differs
If you believe an item has been manufactured incorrectly or arrives damaged, photograph it before making modifications and contact trade support with the order details.
Measure-related protection
Where a separate measure guarantee applies to the trade order, its eligibility and conditions are governed by the current guarantee terms. Follow the needed measuring and review steps before placing the order.
Do not alter a disputed item
Cutting, drilling or otherwise modifying a component can make an issue harder to assess. Contact trade support first when you believe the supplied item is incorrect.
