A self-reviewed order gives you full control, while an eligible measure-review or guarantee process adds another checkpoint before custom manufacture.
Self review
With self review, you are responsible for checking the window, mount type, frame, panel configuration and final dimensions against the order before submission.
Reviewed / guarantee pathway
Where the trade order is eligible for a optional SureFit order-review pathway or review service, follow the current process and provide the needed dimensions, photos or other information before manufacture.
Why the extra review matters
A second check can identify inconsistencies including a shallow recess, an obstruction or dimensions that don’t agree with the proposed frame.
Read the current guarantee terms
Eligibility, exclusions and the remedy available under a measure guarantee are governed by the terms applying at the time of order. Review those terms before relying on the guarantee.
